Restricted Application added a subscriber: Aklapper.

TASK DESCRIPTION
  **Problem:**
Many mobile users enable the "desktop" version of Wikidata on their phone.
This means that their edits are tagged as if they had come from a desktop
computer rather than a mobile. This means that the current tools may
underestimate mobile editing on Wikidata.

  **Questions:**

  - How many people enable the "desktop" version of Wikidata on their phone?
  - What types of edits do they do using this mode?

**How the data will be used:**

  - This will e.g. be used for the "equity in decision-making" research project.

**What difference will these insights make:**

  -

  **Stakeholders: **

  - Jeff (contractor), Daria (UX research), Lydia (PM)

  **Notes:**

  - We should be able to estimate the "desktop on mobile" usage by analyzing
the HTTP user agent strings.
  - Sample of 1000 "desktop on mobile" edits for manual classification will be
useful.

  **Open questions:**
