A couple happened on arwiki as well: Referenced entity id lookup failed. Tried to find a referenced entity out of Q5 <https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q5> linked from Q1336646 <https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q1336646> via https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/P279 <https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/P279>. For plwiki they apparently are all mentioning the same item Q16334295 <https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q16334295>: Tried to find a referenced entity out of Q16334295 <https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q16334295>. The error shows up in both wmf.8 and wmf.9, I have updated the task description with those links.
