I played around with this a bit, and it seems to that the assumption that users are able to specify the **order** of languages in the Termbox via Babel, is false. With this Babel: F37101306: image.png <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/F37101306> I'm still getting this ordering: F37101308: image.png <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/F37101308> Note that German is in the last position, not somewhere at the top.
