TASK DESCRIPTION **Steps to replicate the issue** (include links if applicable): - Set skin to Vector 2022 on Wikidata - Enable labelLister as a Wikidata gadget in user preferences - Look for "Labels list" tab in UI - Observe that it does not appear **What happens?**: Nothing; the link fails to appear and the UI appears as normal, omitting any access to activate the gadget. Switching to Vector 2010 successfully enables the link and gadget. No other combination of preferences was found that does so, except a Wikidata admin insists that it works correctly for her. **What should have happened instead?**: According to the screenshot image <https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Finding_labelLister.png>, the "Labels list" link is supposed to appear as a top-level tab in the UI. Clicking this link should activate labelLister. **Other information** (browser name/version, screenshots, etc.): Tested under Chrome in Windows 10 Pro, Android 11, ChromeOS 114, with no extensions.
