These are intentionally omitted for performance reasons, see WDQS data differences <https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Wikibase/Indexing/RDF_Dump_Format#WDQS_data_differences>. If you want to filter for items in a query, add a triple with the predicate `wikibase:sitelinks` (and leave the value as `[]` or an unused variable) – only items have sitelinks, so properties etc. won’t have that triple.
