TASK DESCRIPTION The current alert for the number of rows in the `wb_changes` table is set at 30000 which seems to be //way// too high. Also, the message states that this value is usually around 3000, which is false, it is usually less than 5 (five). Documentation about that alert states that it should be readjusted after T292728 <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T292728> and T292609 <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T292609> have been resolved, which they were in Oct 2021.
