I temporarily deployed this debug change <https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/c/mediawiki/extensions/Wikibase/+/984848> on mwdebug2001 and null-edited eowiki:Perseo <https://eo.wikipedia.org/wiki/Perseo> there. (Twice, because the first time I didn’t look at the usage table.) (There were a few more on enwiki – presumably someone was also using mwdebug for some unrelated reason at the same time.) I think we want to check whether there are any other places that add usages, because this little experiment speaks against `doLinksUpdateComplete()` and `onParserCacheSaveComplete()` (though I wouldn’t rule them out completely yet).
