MediaWiki currently doesn't support Ho properly because not enough of the interface has been translated at https://translatewiki.net/wiki/Portal:Hoc - once that has been done, the language will be added to MediaWiki and be available everywhere, including Wikidata. This is available for monolingual text statements now, following T341409 <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T341409>, and was already available for lexemes. It would be possible to add it separately for labels before then, but labels will be of limited use until the language can be used as an interface language.
