So far, I’ve seen the same test pass three times in AbuseFilter (on the DNM change linked above), and fail three times and pass once on this WikibaseLexeme change <https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/c/mediawiki/extensions/WikibaseLexeme/+/989156>. So it’s not completely deterministic, but it seems to be much more likely to fail in Wikibase(Lexeme) than in AbuseFilter itself. It always seems to be the same test, though. Would anyone be upset if we just disabled it on REL1_40? (And possibly REL1_39 too, who knows.)
