Looking at Logstash <https://logstash.wikimedia.org/goto/43432686b2f4249ea3d61415b69d0a06>, there is still an issue here, but it comes up much less often now (reduced by around 90%). I still have a patch <https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/c/mediawiki/extensions/Wikibase/+/987962> that we haven't applied that makes the `addUsages` job check for the presence of collective `C` statements before adding individual `C` statements. This addresses a race which I know is still present and I can reproduce locally, that occurs when the number of statements transitions from below the `entityUsageModifierLimits` to above. But I haven't done the investigation to see whether that's what's happening in these cases. @Lucas_Werkmeister_WMDE - should we take some more time to dig into the remaining log messages?
