clear heading (in Wikipedia)

Yes, legacy Vector uses the `otherlanguage` method, which on Wikidata is
overridden <https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Otherlanguages> to say “In
Wikipedia”.

  MobileFrontend apparently uses the message
`mobile-frontend-language-article-heading`; perhaps it should be overridden on
Wikidata too.

I’m not sure what the problem in Vector 2022
<https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Wikidata:Project_chat?useskin=vector-2022> is,
though: I also see “In Wikipedia” there.

(The language selector in the top right of that screenshot correctly changes
the interface language without sending me to Wikipedia.)

I’m also not sure about the problem on Meta; I think it would help if you
posted some more links and screenshots of where you’re seeing the problem.
