@Strainu could you give a specific example? The way it is //intended// to work is that only changes to labels are inserted into the recent changes if they are in fact used somewhere in the wiki. Though that might for example include an English label of an Item on Romanian Wikipedia, if that Item does not yet have a Romanian label and the English label is edited. However, if only the German label is edited and that is not used on Romanian Wikipedia, then that change is not supposed to appear in the recent changes.
