Ah you're right. It seems to have fixed it for English Wiktionary, but not for French. Try the query "wiktionary" and see what it says for english results. There's a chance the french ones have just not been scraped yet, but I can't see that on search console yet (I don't have access for wiktionary). Let me get access and see when they were last indexed. To your other point as to where "Wikipedia" is coming from: "Wikipedia" might just be Google guessing at what the site name should be. And the documentation says that they will "consider" the site name in various forms but ultimately may not use it Looking at other indexed pages on Search Console, AFAICT there's nothign there that says "here's the site name we found for this page". So when I get access to Wiktionary search console data we might be able to tell when the French Wiktionnaire was last indexed, but it won't tell us why the English one has the right site name.
