TASK DESCRIPTION T105448 proposes to handle the case when a link cannot be adapted because a corresponding article doesn't exist, but there is a Wikidata label. If a Wikidata label does not, but a user typed a target title using CX's manual link insertion tool, this title can be auto-added as a label in Wikidata (micro-contribution FTW!)
