TASK DESCRIPTION Blazegraph released their 1.5.2 RC1 (branch BLAZEGRAPH_RELEASE_1_5_2_RC_1) where Service API has been changed, to add getRequiredBound and getDesiredBound. We need to update LabelService to account for that. With that we may also want to switch to using bd:serviceParam (either directly or maybe via Optimizer) which may solve incompatibility with service whitelist.
