TASK DESCRIPTION
Set a page banner as Einstein_1921_by_F_Schmutzer_-_restoration.jpg
View in Vector skin
The banner should have a maximum height and the origin coordinates should be
applied in this skin just as they are on mobile.. otherwise the image will not
be clipped as well as it could be. These rules should only apply in the
situation when the banner is clipped.
