TASK DESCRIPTION The name `tooltip` can be misleading. It's a parameter that sets a title attribute on a banner when you hover over it. A Wikivoyage community member suggested renaming it to caption. Caption could potentially also be misleading as it doesn't show underneath the banner. Maybe annotation would work? What are people's thoughts?
