Could even be done with a gadget, based on some magic stuff in the URL. For instance, the gadget could trigger when finding something like #!wb-only-P17 at the end of the URL. It would then hide all statements not related to P17, hide all sitelinks, etc. A simple button can be used to un-hide all that.
