TASK DESCRIPTION Sometimes a new row with a rather old eu_touched date. The date does not correspond to the current revision of the page referenced by eu_page_id, but to a previous revision. Suspicion: StashEdit triggers the new row to be inserted, using the "current" revision's date as the touch date, which is the last revision //before// the edit. Using wfTimeNow() is a possible fix, but we should make sure it's the Right Thing.
