TASK DESCRIPTION
To help improve search rankings for wikibase items, we should introduce extra
fields that can be considered when rescoring search results.

I think sitelink count is the first thing we should introduce. (other
possibilities include label count and maybe statement count?)

To add and populate these fields, we should use the CirrusSearchMappingConfig
and CirrusSearchBuildDocumentParse hooks. (later on, someday, maybe these
fields would be exposed through a generic interface via the content objects,
but think we should not worry about that right now and start with the hooks)

In CirrusSearch, it is now possible to customize the rescoring on a per-wiki
basis through configuration. I think this has potential, together with the
extra field(s), to help improve how wikibase content is ranked in search
results.
