TASK DESCRIPTION When adding a complete new statement the initial suggestions for references and qualifiers are bad. They seem to be the suggestions for the main snak (date of birth etc) and not what you would expect for qualifiers and references (reference url etc). (I would attach a screenshot but phabricator won't let me lately...)
