Bene added a comment. I think for blocking stuff we should create tasks which are blockers of the stuff they block. I just created a new task (https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T125521) and assigned it to Adrian to make clear who is working on what. I hope this way we can avoid confusion and misunderstanding. :-)
