TASK DESCRIPTION when we convert properties to external-id data type, we should rebuild the property info table with the maintenance script. the script does not invalidate caches so stuff like wbgetentities still shows the old data type until the cache expires. PropertyInfoTableBuilder should take a PropertyInfoStore instance as an option and setPropertyInfo on that.
