  I followed no strict rule in my proposal except for using camel case. I would 
typically use the interface name, but in cases where that is ambiguous or not 
so pretty, I just made up a name. For instance, BootstrapConfig and MainConfig 
are both Config instances. And I didn't like LBFactory as a name, so I used 
DBLoadBalancerFactory for that.
