TASK DESCRIPTION If a thrid party wiki uses the otherprojects sidebar to link to projects, like Wikipedia, Commons and/or Wikidata, there's one problem. If the third-party configured multiple Wikipedia sites as valid "other projects", it's currently impossible to distinguish these links with the used MediaWiki messgaes, all share the same message key `wikibase-otherprojects-wikipedia`. It would be nice, if there's at least a hook before the link is added, which allows a third party to change/extend the used message key.
