  Unfortunately, there's no way to express precision in dateTime literal that I 
know of. 
  I would propose the following:
  
  - Do not display time, at least if it's 00:00:00 (which is probably all dates 
now)
  - Do now convert to local timezone
  - Do not show "AD" for dates
  - Dates still should be sortable
  
  So, `1732-02-22` will be shown as `Feb 22, 1732`.
  
  Additional challenge is that 1732-02-22 is an international format, but "Feb 
22, 1732" is not. And unfortunately relationship between language and calendar 
format is extremely non-trivial.
