I've originally removed projects. https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T132897#2251018 Then @Jdforrester-WMF readded them https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T132897#2251475 and asked me to add all projects which have their own editor or are editors themselves. All of those either do have their own editor (https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/tag/mediawiki-extensions-proofreadpage/, https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/tag/mediawiki-extensions-scribunto/) or are editors themselves (https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/tag/mediawiki-extensions-charinsert/). The recently removed https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/tag/massmessage/ actually also has its own editor. I personally don't care wheter all such projects are attached or none. But it doesn't have a sense to have only part of them. In any case it would be reasonable if you WMF guys could agree on something stable and not revert each other.
