Nobody said that. Again, the deal is the entire Wikidata pile needs review. And until that is done, I hesitate to create new tags for that without further exploration to prevent mingling with tasks there and back round and round.
These tags are just focusing on different user views of specific tasks. If subprojects for Wikidata are created, these are likely to be broader in scope. This is unlikely to affect these tags.
Again: We are not speaking about projects and subprojects only but also about bunch of various tracking tasks which needs to be converted. There are some other tracking tasks about other data types. So hopefully for the last time: Until the complex review is done, it does not make a sense to convert a single tracking task standalone.
Could you do two "personal" tags instead?

"Personal" seems to be another option on the list above. If the general preference is to avoid "tag" for now.
Active users may have their own personal project to have the personal workboard (cf. T555: Per-user projects for personal work in progress tracking). One. This does not apply to converting tracking tasks.
