When entering content for Wikidata I often copypaste the code for an item from the page of the item. Especially for items that share their name this is a useful workflow.
When I select an item via the mouse I ofter select the number like "Q5329859)". This means that I have to manually remove ')'. It would be more user-friendly if Wikidate would remove the ')' itself.
URL's are similar. It's often easy to copy the link "https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q6581097". Switching from the link to "Q6581097" again takes manual work. It would be more efficient if Wikidata would do this work itself.
The same is true for image links to commons. It would be easier for the user if I could enter the link to the commons page of an item and Wikidata would automatically translate the link. It would also it easier for a new user who doesn't yet know how Wikidata wants the references to commons be formatted to get started.
