[Wikidata-bugs] [Maniphest] [Created] T147651: Wikitext output of external ids on Client should be a link, not just the plain identifier string

TASK DESCRIPTION

Given our user facing functionality isn't using FORMAT_WIKI anymore, we can safely change the wikitext output here without risking to break current users, like the IMDb name template. We already have this on repo.
