TASK DESCRIPTION

The merge of https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/312225/ changed the metrics published by varnish from reporting individual backends to reporting only the LVS service for WDQS. The alerts on WDQS response time need to be adapted to take this into account.
