TASK DESCRIPTION

Currently https://www.wikidata.org/w/index.php?title=MediaWiki:Wikibase-SortedProperties can only be added by administrators, and it is very outdated. Possible solution:

  1. add "editinterface" to property creators - work, but dangerous and need consensus
  2. move MediaWiki:Wikibase-SortedProperties to other namespace and add a abuse filter to prevent it from being vandalized - probably work
  3. create a seperate temporary page and then use an adminbot to synchronize two pages - need coding, may be broken
