CI instances have been rollbacked to the last known snapshot which uses HHVM 3.12.14. I have confirmed it on a job triggered after the rollback. So CI is fine right now.
We need to rollback HHVM in jessie-wikimedia/main to prevent CI from catching 3.18 tomorrow at 14:14. Will check that with @MoritzMuehlenhoff .
