TASK DESCRIPTION
When new properties are on Wikidata it's a custom to ping all people who were involved in the discussion. There are also cases where a specific discussion is stalling and needs more input from everybody in the discussion.
It would be great if there would be a {{ping discussion}} template, that runs a regex over the text, grabs all the usernames of the people involved in the discussion and pings everybody.
I would expect that it's also useful on Wikipedia talk pages to have an easy way to ping everybody who's involved in a specific discussion.
