Installing and setting up all the stuff for Wikibase seems pretty impossible with the actual documentation. Let's create a step-by-step process, with all the necessary information, so a new developer can understand how to install his.her own instance of Wikibase.

Left to do:
- make the text translatable
- mark for translation
- translate in all the languages
