CHANGES TO TASK DESCRIPTION
The purpose of this thread is to allow to define the language of geographic names used in Guernsey in Wikidata statements (with "monolingual text"-datatype properties). Please don't combine or confuse it with open issues already addressed in T25216.
Pratically, this can mean that the two codes above should be added in the first array at `getMonolingualTextLanguages` from https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/diffusion/EWBA/browse/HEAD/repo/includes/WikibaseRepo.php;da65ffa15b2d8412a1bdf1a9d56c41ea4de69733$1670
Testcase: edit https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q56428#P1705 to change language of name from "und" (or"nrm"/"nrf") to "nrf-gg"
