CHANGES TO TASK DESCRIPTION

...

- Can we provide wikidata previews that include wikidata label and description in the user's prefered language using RESTBase? If so, how?
- Can we do the same using the mediawiki api (while using RESTBase for all other projects)? If so, how?
- Would either of these solutions be problematic from a performance perspective?
