CHANGES TO TASK DESCRIPTION
Build a feature that allows to configure, display, edit and annotate lists based on Wikidata.
Basic use cases:
# fully automated lists (as Listeria). Items are added when matching a query
# items locally selected from query. selected new ones by default (or not)
# items added/selected manually (current Wikivoyage approach)
Annotations should be stored locally. Samples for annotations:
# commented featured list at enwiki
# Wikivoyage commented listings
# episode lists with summaries per episode (on various wikis, notably enwiki).
