TASK DESCRIPTION
In order to have proper ontology reference in RDF files generated for categories, we need to create URL https://www.mediawiki.org/ontology and https://www.mediawiki.org/ontology/ontology.owl which would resolve do docs/ontology.owl file contents. https://www.mediawiki.org/ontology may have some text pointing to the OWL file, or redirect there.
This probably should work the same way https://www.mediawiki.org/xml/ works.
