TASK DESCRIPTION

Again and again I need to get a list of accounts that are currently making the most edits on Wikidata in order to see what kinds of edit are causing a spike in statistics or cause performance issues.
I'd like to have a dashboard where I can easily see which 5 account made the most edits in the last hour, day and week.
