[Wikidata-bugs] [Maniphest] [Created] T176792: Allow building basic infoboxes from Wikibase dataviews

TASK DESCRIPTION

Capiunto should be able to consume a Wikibase data view (as described in T176791: Provide a Wikibase Client dataview for client pages) and create a very basic Infobox from that. This should be done in a way comparable to how the article placeholder view works.

In order to get this infobox, a user (on any wiki with Capiunto installed) should just have to use the {{#infobox}} magic word.
