I honestly don't know how to help you since you did not even asked a question.
The good thing about this issue is that you can debug it in your browser. You don't need to know much about the MediaWiki software, extensions, and such. You don't need a local development environment. The bad thing about this issue is that it's probably not worth your time. We plan to rewrite the current jQuery based UI in the future.
