TASK DESCRIPTION
When we enable constraint checks for all users, people who don’t read project chat and have never heard of constraints before will click the “help” link in the reports and land on the constraint type help pages like Help:Property constraints portal/Unique value. These pages therefore need to be helpful enough for first-time users. One suggestion to achieve this is a kind of header, like on WikiProject pages or on WD:DEV, linking back to the main help portal. (The current link from the subpage to the parent page is too hidden.)
