TASK DESCRIPTION

A CheckResult currently holds the constraint parameters in a certain parsed form. We already removed this from the API output (T180614), and the only place where it still shows up is Special:ConstraintReport.

If we agree to remove it from there as well, we can remove a lot of code from the extension.
