You can just open the webconsole in firefox or chrome and enter:
mw.loader.load('//
www.wikidata.org/w/index.php?title=User:Tpt/interproject.js&action=raw&ctype=text/javascript'<http://www.wikidata.org/w/index.php?title=User:Tpt/interproject.js&action=raw&ctype=text/javascript%27>
);
after any wikipedia page has loaded. It will show the button + card (when
hovered)
