Actually, no, there is also a stub cass - on en.voy there is currently
one article with a stub class. We really have three badges. On ru.voy,
where I am active, we do not have stubs, and we do not have a single
article with a star badge (and not planning to, there is no process to
give a star badge - probably only a project-wide discussion). For us,
Usable (пригодная) is like GA, and Guide (полная) is like FA.
