For example: https://www.freebase.com/chemistry/chemical_classification/chemicals_of_this_type?instances= seems to be saying that Amylopectin is (in Wikidata terms) an "instance of" (P31) a starch, but that doesn't seem right. Also, properties which require data-types that have not yet been set up, such as measurements, will have to wait for those data types to become available.
