If there is translated (e.g. ko) description and user's interface is set to Korean, then just editing English description is useless, since the Korean description will override English one. And you cannoy expect everyone to magically notice update on English description and update them every time it is updated. disclaimer: I'm phone now, and hasn't verified if there is Korean description on P190 or not.
