Hello Tom, You should have a look at https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Help:Label The current policy is to use the description of items to do disambiguation and use as label the "natural" name. For example, https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q7020301 should have as label "Newton Lower Falls" and as description something like "village in Massachusetts". Cheers, Thomas
