You can get the path to the actual file using Special:FilePath on Commons; for instance, the RDF export of the entity (https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Special:EntityData/Q161234.ttl) contains the statement wd:Q161234 wdt:P18 <http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:FilePath/0%20A.D.%20Seleucide.jpg>.
